Community Manager

We are hiring a Community Manager to join our team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for social media and serious interest in the online tech and video industry.

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Regularly scan the news for noteworthy content to be featured in communication outreach
  • Develop and disseminate a weekly newsletter for all creators in the ScaleLab Network
  • Build communities and drive engagement in creator verticals
  • Foster a passionate loyal community by identifying and engaging with power users and creators
  • Manage ScaleLab’s official social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube)
  • Curate content for the ScaleLab blog
  • Manage and actively respond to online forums
  • Develop systematic reporting to monitor the effectiveness of community outreach


  • Minimum of two years in a online communication field
  • Bachelor’s degree (marketing or communications majors preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in building online communities and driving engagement
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Experience with email outreach (A/B testing, email marketing campaigns)
  • Knowledge of the YouTube MCN industry and online video industry
  • Must be highly organized and self motivated
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, phone)
  • Desire to grow with the company
